Riess - Green - casserole with lid 20 cm

The enamel casserole with lid by Riess has a straight shape and the classic enamel handles. The lid fits snugly on the casserole and acts as an energy guard: as soon as the lid starts rattling, it's time to turn down the heat and save electricity. Depending on the cooker, it can be switched off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, since enamel retains the heat for a long time. We therefore highly recommend using pot holders to lift pots and lids as the enamel handles also retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles, however, is that you can safely slide the pot into the oven to keep it warm. The rim of the casserole has a robust chrome rim.

The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.

The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel tableware will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
