Riess CLASSIC - Baking and frying - Frying pan with lid

The traditional enamel roasting pan from Riess with its typical two carrying handles and lid is also available in a small square version for small households. Like her big sister, for many people she brings back memories of Grandma's Sunday roast pork from the “Bratenreindl” (Austrian term for cookware).

With this roasting pan with lid you have an ideal roaster with which you can braise meat for hours. The lid closes perfectly thanks to the fold in the lower part of the roasting pan and is also equipped with two handles. It is highly recommended to use an oven mitt when removing it. The roast can then be easily cut in the form. After the meal, the enamel roasting pan is easy to clean.

The enamel preserves the aromas and the lid does not allow the liquid to escape. And the best thing - with this piece you can have two baking pans in one fell swoop: If you don't need the lid, the roasting pan lid itself can be used as an additional baking and roasting pan.
