Three shaded shades of blue – that is the color world Nature Blue.
The fine, Nordic-style color nuances result in a wonderful overall picture and ensure that the conically shaped pots, casseroles, bowls and baking tins blend harmoniously into many kitchen styles.
The beak pot is the one pot that our grandmother always had on the stove. Some also call it a milk pot or milk mug, but with us it will always remain the sippy pot because of its characteristically shaped spout. With this, the liquid reaches the designated container and, with its round handle, is ideal for serving directly at the table. The rim is rounded - beaded rim in enamel language - the metal is bent to create a round and stable rim. Not only did our grandmother like the beak pot, but it is still a popular helper in the kitchen for all kinds of occasions.
The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used and cared for properly, enamel crockery will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
We recommend the enamel cleaner for the care and gentle cleaning of enamel cookware, enamelled surfaces and glass ceramic hobs.

The casseroles with lids in nature blue are the conically shaped versions by Riess' classic casseroles. The lid acts as an energy guard: as soon as the lid starts rattling, it's time to reduce the heat and save electricity. Depending on the type of stove, it can be switched off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, since enamel retains the heat for a long time. We therefore highly recommend using pot holders to lift pots and lids as the enamel handles also retain heat.

The kitchen measure or measuring cup is used to portion cooking and baking ingredients such as flour, sugar, milk, water and other cold or hot liquids. Two scales on the inside of the kitchen measure or measuring cup show one liter in centilitre jumps or in 1/4 or 1/8 liter (depending on the size of the kitchen measure), this is the traditional Austrian unit of measurement for liquids.
The measuring cup has a comfortable side handle as well as a spout, called a beak, which makes it easy to pour out liquids. The edge of the kitchen measure is curved - in the enamel language this is called a beaded edge.

Tip:
The enamel measuring cup can be used to heat precisely measured liquids such as milk (or water) for the yeast dough or soup for risotto. However, it should be cooked on a low flame because the diameter of the base is very small. When heating milk, add some water beforehand to prevent burning.
