Riess CLASSIC -Color Red - Meat pot with lid
The meat pot CLASSIC Color Red from Riess has the classic straight shape with two enamel handles. The lid sits well on the pot and functions as an energy monitor: As soon as the pot lid starts to rattle, it is time to reduce the heat and thus save electricity. Depending on the stove, you can switch it off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, as enamel retains heat for a long time. We therefore highly recommend using pot holders to lift the cooking pots and lids, as the enamel handles also retain heat. The advantage of the enamel handles, however, is that you can safely slide the pot into the oven to keep it warm. The edge of the pot has a robust chrome rim.
The material enamel consists of iron that was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
The enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean. When used properly and cared for, enamel tableware will last for a long time and retain its typical shine.
