The lifting base, as well as the tube base of the mold, can simply be inserted into the edge and then pressed slightly upwards after baking to lift the cake out of the mold
The round enamel cake pan is robust, durable and easy to clean. The edge of the cake pan is curved - in enamel language this is called a flanged edge. The iron core distributes the heat evenly - for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous, smooth surface.
