The four-piece tableware set from the “Nouvelle PUR extra strong” series from Riess impresses with its clear, cylindrical design and an exciting mix of materials for the casserole and cooking pots. Handily shaped stainless steel handles in a modern design fit perfectly with the enamel pots and do not get hot. The lids of the casserole and pot are made of glass and also have a stainless steel handle. The set is complemented by the 28 cm pan with plastic handle.
The extra strong steel heat storage base of the pot and casserole ensures that the heat is distributed evenly and quickly. Thanks to the good heat conduction enamel, the pot walls also become warm all around, which saves energy. The robust chrome edge prevents knocking off.
The material enamel consists of iron that was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. Because the pans from Riess are made of enamel, they can be used on all types of cookers (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction, open fire). Thanks to its iron core and the extra-strong steel heat storage base, the heat is transferred at lightning speed and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. The non-porous, smooth glass surface guarantees perfect hygiene. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and is also easy to clean.
