Riess - NOUVELLE PUR - Lemon - meat pot with glass lid 16 cm
The cooking or meat pots from the “Nouvelle Pur extra strong” series from Riess have the classic cylindrical shape and a high rim. The clear design of the shape, the special trendy colors and the material mix of enamel with stainless steel on the handles make the series something special. The stainless steel handles fit comfortably in the hand and do not heat up so quickly. The handles of the glass lids, which close the pot perfectly, are also made of stainless steel. The transparent glass lids also allow you to see the dishes being prepared. The robust chrome edge also prevents the enamel from being chipped off by kitchen utensils.
Thanks to the pot's extra-strong steel heat storage base, the heat can be distributed evenly and quickly. Due to the excellent heat conduction of the material enamel (glass on iron), not only the base but also the pot walls are heated all around. The performance of the oven can be quickly reduced due to the good heat storage. All of these features of Nouvelle Pur save energy costs.
The material enamel consists of iron that was fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials.
